Xiaomi announced the release of a new version of the Mijia Smart Audio gadget – wireless headphones built into lightweight sunglasses. The company revealed the date of the presentation of the accessory, and at the same time hinted at its design with the help of an official teaser.
According to the image, the device will premiere next week, on March 25. Its technical characteristics have not been reported, but judging by the sketch, the device will be practically no different from last year’s model.
The first revision of the “audio glasses” was equipped with a case with IP54 protection and touch panels for gesture control, and also supported the function of a telephone headset with AI noise reduction.
The autonomy of the original Xiaomi Mijia Smart Audio Glasses was up to 10 hours in continuous playback mode, and up to 7 hours when talking on the phone. At the start of sales, last year’s gadget cost $130, the price of the new version of the device has not yet been announced.
