In Cinebench R23, the i3-14100F turned out to be the better of the two processors in single-threaded mode, and the i5-12400F in multi-threaded mode. In DaVinci, the i5 was in the lead.
As for games, both processors worked together with 16 GB of DDR4 RAM with a frequency of 3200 MHz and an RTX 4070 video card.
Cyberpunk 2077 ran at 1080p with the ultra preset. The average frame rate with the i3-14100F was 128 fps, with the i5-12400F – 139 fps.

The i3-14100F processor does its job well, but there is no point in buying it instead of the i5-2400F. The latter will be the best choice for low-cost builds.
