How to do it-

First of all, spread your legs and lie down on the mat on your back.

Now press your forearms and elbows on the floor. Also, lift your chest. But your head should rest on the ground.

You should feel the arch in the upper back and neck. In this position, stop for a few seconds and then return to the normal position.

Pawanmuktasana

Pawanmuktasana is also a good asana in case of varicose veins. Especially, if your lifestyle is not active then it will especially benefit you. Pawanmuktasana gives relief from cramps, inflammation, lower back tension and fatigue.

How to do it-

First of all, lie straight on the mat on your back.

Now bend your knees towards your head and try to touch them to the chest with the help of your hands.

Now raise your head above the floor and bring your nose between your knees.

Breathing deeply, stay in this asana for a few seconds and then come back to normal.

Tadasana

Tadasana is a very easy but effective yoga asana. With its practice, all the parts of your body remain tension free. Your knees, thighs and ankles become strong when you practice Tadasana regularly. Thus, it reduces heaviness in the legs due to varicose veins. Tadasana increases blood circulation in the veins of the legs.

How to do it-

First of all, stand straight. Keep some distance between your feet.

Now take both your hands upwards.

Interlock the fingers of both your hands.

Now stretch yourself upwards.
