The yet unannounced Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro laptop has been tested in the SiSoftware benchmark. Thanks to this, the main hardware characteristics of the future new product became known – an insider under the nickname momomo_us has already published them on his blog on the social network X.
According to the source , the laptop will be based on an 8-core Intel Lunar Lake processor with four productive and four energy-efficient cores. During testing, the maximum CPU clock speed was 2.8 GHz, but most likely it was limited. In addition, the tested laptop was equipped with 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Arc video card (presumably based on Xe2 architecture) with 7 GB of video memory and a GPU frequency of 1.85 GHz.
The presentation date of the Galaxy Book5 Pro is still unknown. According to rumors, a thin and light laptop with impressive battery life may be presented at the end of this year after the announcement of new Intel processors, and will go on sale at the beginning of 2025.
