Amla laddoos

material: For this you will need Amla – 20 or 500 grams (grated), Dates – 10 seeds removed, Sesame seeds – one teaspoon, Flax seeds – one teaspoon crushed, Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Make it like this: Wash amla first and then dry it. Now grind it and then wash it with water and then dry it. Now mix dates paste, cardamom powder, flax seeds and sesame seeds in it and give it the shape of a laddu. These amla laddoos will remove the deficiency of vitamin C and iron in the body. This laddu is equal to the treasure of health for the mother feeding the child.

Amla Sauce

material: Amla pulp (one cup), jaggery powder (5 spoons), cumin powder (one spoon) and black salt.

Make it like this: After washing the amla well, boil it till it becomes soft. Take out the seeds of amla and on the other hand mix water, jaggery and amla pulp in the pan. Your chutney is ready in some time. You can serve it in sprouts, bhel or tikki. Talking about its health benefits, it has Vitamin C, which can easily boost immunity. It can be consumed to overcome the deficiency of folic acid in pregnancy.
