Mistake in Barbell Bent Over
While doing barbell exercise, many times the posture of the bones of the neck deteriorates. Therefore, while doing barbell bent over, keep the direction of the spine and neck correct. Often during this exercise, the gaze is in front and the neck tilts backwards, which puts unnecessary stress on the spinal cord. Barbell bent legs and waist are done to keep balance.

In rear lie pull down, the neck has to be stretched backwards. Many times the neck gets over-stretched during the rear lie pull down, due to which the problem of cervical pain starts. This is a back exercise by which the waist is made muscular. Keep the neck posture correct during rear lie pull down.

Warm yourself up before doing any work out. The muscles become active due to warm-up and there is no extra stretching in the muscles. Balasana, Ustrasana, Bhujangasana, Marjari Asana and Tadasana are some of the helpful yoga poses to get rid of cervical pain.
