Dr. Kanth explains how new mothers should follow their old yoga or exercise routine, depending on the type of delivery they are having. They say that if the delivery of the new mother is normal, then she can exercise slowly only after a week. On the other hand, if cesarean delivery has taken place, then distance should be maintained from these activities for about 3 months.

Keep these things in mind after normal delivery

Dr. Santh says that a woman can do yoga or exercise only after a few days of normal delivery, but it is important to take care of three things. The first is that you do not have to lift heavy weights. Do not do any other yoga or activity in which you have to bend down. You can do the opposite. Thirdly, you should follow the routine along with the support belt.

Keep these things in mind after cesarean delivery

If someone has had a cesarean delivery, then he should not do any kind of physical activity for 3 months even by mistake. Yes, 5 to 7 minutes walk can be done to stay fit or feel fresh. But during this also it is necessary to walk very comfortably.
